Varied shifts as part of the kitchen team responsible for preparation/presentation of soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts; position includes dishwashing, general kitchen cleaning, and assists in the following areas: prep for Bistro and fine dining menus, rotation and restocking of coolers, freezer, dry storage on delivery days, occasional dishwashing. Previous experience desired, but will train the right person. Must be self-motivated, organized and able to work unsupervised.
