The old and the new....

Went by a ten acre burn area in the Superior National Forest today, and took this shot of the burned out stump of an old pine, and the beginning of a new era for a new pine:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
